Delivery Information
How delivery works:
- After order confirmation, you will receive a tracking number within 24-48 hours
- LTL carriers will call to schedule a delivery appointment
- Delivery is curbside unless liftgate service is requested (additional fee)
- Inspect pallets upon delivery and note any damage on the delivery receipt
- Inside delivery available for an additional fee - contact us for pricing

Free local pickup is available. Free shipping is offered on orders over $5,000 within the continental US.

What if my pallet arrives damaged?
Inspect your pallet upon delivery. Note any damage on the delivery receipt before signing. Take photos and contact us within 48 hours for a claim.
Do you ship to residential addresses?
Yes, we ship to both commercial and residential addresses. Residential deliveries may require an additional fee for liftgate service.
