All liquidation pallet sales are final. As a wholesale liquidation supplier, we do not accept returns on pallets once they have been delivered and accepted. This is standard practice in the wholesale liquidation industry.
If your pallet arrives visibly damaged, you must:
Claims submitted after 48 hours will not be accepted. We will review your claim and work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
If you receive a pallet that is materially different from what you ordered (wrong product category), contact us within 24 hours. We will investigate and, if confirmed, arrange a replacement shipment or credit.
