By placing an order with Wholesale Pallet Liquidations USA, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not place an order.
All products are sold as liquidation merchandise — customer returns, overstock, and shelf pulls. Conditions vary and are disclosed per pallet. A manifest is included with every order. Products are sold as-is.
Prices are subject to change without notice. The price confirmed in your invoice is final. Bulk discount rates are applied as described on our website.
We accept Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover), Zelle, and Wire Transfer (truckload orders only). Payment is due before shipment. We do not accept PayPal, cryptocurrency, or personal checks.
We ship to all 50 US states. Shipping rates are calculated based on your location and order size. Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon delivery. Inspect all pallets before signing the delivery receipt.
Our liability is limited to the purchase price of your order. We are not responsible for any consequential, incidental, or punitive damages arising from the use or resale of our products.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the jurisdiction of our principal place of business.
