How invoicing works
After you submit an order, we confirm availability and freight, then email an invoice showing the pallet, quantity, shipping cost and total. The invoice includes instructions for the payment method you chose. Your order is scheduled once payment is received.

Why isn’t payment taken on the website?
Liquidation inventory moves quickly, so we confirm availability and calculate your exact freight cost first. You then receive one invoice with the final total and payment instructions.
How do I know a payment request is genuine?
Payment instructions only ever come from info@wholesalepalletliquidationsusa.com and always include your order reference. If you receive a request from another address, contact us before paying.
