Overview
These terms apply to all orders placed with Wholesale Pallet Liquidations USA. By placing an order you agree to them.
Orders
Submitting an order is a request to purchase. An order is accepted only when we confirm availability and send an invoice. Prices may change until an invoice is issued.
Liquidation merchandise
Merchandise consists of customer returns, overstock, shelf pulls and similar goods. Condition varies as described in each listing and manifest. Estimated retail values are for reference only and are not a guarantee of resale value or profit.
Payment
Payment is due according to the invoice using the method you selected. Orders ship or are released for pickup after payment is received. Payment instructions are only sent from info@wholesalepalletliquidationsusa.com.
Shipping and risk
Delivery times are estimates. Inspect deliveries on arrival and note any visible damage on the carrier’s receipt.
Brands
Brand names are used only to describe merchandise contained in our lots. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by the brands or retailers named.
