Shipping policy
Freight within the United States
Pallets ship by LTL (less-than-truckload) freight carriers, and truckloads ship as full 53-foot trailers. We dispatch from the warehouse closest to you whenever the pallet is available there, which keeps transit times and costs down.
Free shipping
Orders of $5,000 or more delivered within the United States ship free. Orders below that amount receive a freight quote with your invoice.
Delivery options
Choose dock delivery, liftgate delivery for addresses without a dock, or residential delivery. Liftgate and residential service may add a small carrier fee, which we include in your quote.
Warehouse pickup
Pick up at any of our warehouses by appointment after payment. Bring a vehicle or trailer suited to your order; a standard pallet measures 48 × 40 inches.
International shipping
We export to Canada, Mexico, the United Kingdom, Europe and other regions. We provide commercial invoices and manifests for customs. Import duties, taxes and brokerage fees are the buyer’s responsibility. Full containers give international buyers the best cost per pallet.
Inspecting your delivery
Check the pallet for visible damage before signing. Note any damage on the delivery receipt and send us photos within 48 hours so we can file a claim with the carrier.
Shipping questions
How much does pallet shipping cost?
US orders of $5,000 or more ship free. For smaller orders, freight is quoted based on your location, the number of pallets and any extras such as liftgate service. You see the cost before you pay.
How long does delivery take?
Most US freight deliveries arrive in 1 to 5 business days after dispatch, depending on distance from the shipping warehouse. International shipments take longer and depend on the freight method and customs.
Do I need a forklift or loading dock?
Not necessarily. If you don’t have a dock or forklift, request liftgate delivery and the driver will lower the pallet to the ground. Truckloads usually require a dock.
Can I pick up my order?
Yes. Pickup is available by appointment at our Cheyenne main warehouse and our Los Angeles, Dallas and Philadelphia warehouses once your order is confirmed and paid.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship to Canada and Mexico by cross-border freight and to the UK, Europe and other regions by ocean container. Duties, taxes and brokerage fees are paid by the buyer.
